Papal Nuncio to the Philippines, itinuring na produktibo ang 126th CBCP plenary assembly

“Let us ask all our listeners, the Kapanalig to pray for the bishops as the finish up their plenary session which was in Kalibo in Aklan. A very productive session I was there for the first day of it, actually I was there for the bishop’s retreat which preceded the plenary session of the bishop’s conference and now they are finishing up and they’ll be going back to their dioceses later on, but it was very productive meeting of the bishops in Aklan in Kalibo.” pahayag ni Archbishop Brown.

“he’s known of course as being the cardinal who is also the president or the head of the Pontifical Commission for the Protection of Young People, of minors. So he gave a very profound reflection on the importance of safeguarding in the church and making sure that our churches and the parishes and every church institutions is really a safe environment for young people, that was one of his themes which was very important and which struck of us very very deeply.” Dagdag pa ni Archbishop Brown.
