Binati ni Bishop Jose Elmer Mangalinao, chairman ng Episcopal Commission on Catechesis and Catholic Education, ang mga bagong abogado na nakapasa sa 2022 Bar exams.
“I knew that everybody rejoices with you in your great accomplishment. Your sacrifices paid off. Your grit and determination pulled you through,” ayon sa ipinadalang mensahe ng obispo sa Radio Veritas 846.
Sa mga ‘di naman pumasa sa exams, sinabi ng obispo na huwag mawalan ng pag-asa dahil hindi ang katatapos lamang na bar exams ang huling pagkakataon upang maging abogado.
Nawa’y patuloy aniya na magpursige sa buhay.
“We might not like it nor are prepared for it. But acceptance helps us bounce back. This is not the end but simply a bend towards a greater height for the next opportunity. Failing is part of life and it gives us room for growth,” ayon sa obispo.
Panalangin ng obispo na gamitin ng mga bagong abogado ang kanilang propesyon upang mapabuti ang Pilipinas sa pamamagitan ng patuloy na paghahangad ng kabutihan.
“We pray that your being lawyers will make our world, our country in particular, even better,” ayon sa obispo.
“We hope that your knowledge of the law and your expertise on it will benefit the most in need of our society,” aniya.
“You are so much blessed. May you take this to heart . . . that you may live from now on thinking and doing good for others,” dagdag ni Bishop Mangalinao.
Sa kalalabas na resulta ng bar examination, 8,241 o 72.28% ang pumasa mula sa higit 11,000 na kumuha ng pagsusulit sa kauna-unahang digitalized-bar examination.
