Christmas Message of Manila Archbishop Jose Cardinal Advincula

Let us open our hearts to receive the gifts of the Lord Jesus who comes to us this Christmas and each day of our lives

Bakit sanggol? Why the infant Jesus? Because Christmas is about newness. Tungkol sa bagong simula, bagong umaga, bagong pag-asa. Ito ang dulot ng bawat Pasko. “The dawn from on high shall break upon us to shine on those who dwell in darkness and the shadow of death and to guide our feet into the way of peace.”

Christmas offers us newness, a new self, a new vision, and new relationships. Let us open our hearts to receive the gifts of the Lord Jesus who comes to us this Christmas and each day of our lives.

Maligayang Pasko sa inyong lahat!
