People in several villages in the province of Eastern Samar in the central Philippines continue to cry for help more than a week after a strong typhoon battered their homes.
Amid the coronavirus pandemic, many residents, especially in the coastal villages of San Policarpo and Arteche towns and in the flooded town of Jipapad, lost their homes.
