Devotees fill the streets of Pandacan, Manila, with joyful dancing during the Buling-Buling Festival on Jan. 18.

Carrying images of the Sto. Niño, they express their faith and celebrate in a lively tradition held annually on the third Saturday of January.

Dressed in vibrant, generationally preserved costumes, participants move to the rhythm of live music and drums, honoring the Sto. Niño in a spirited display of devotion and community.

This beloved festival not only highlights Pandacan’s deep religious roots but also its rich cultural heritage, drawing locals and visitors alike to partake in the vibrant festivities.
