“That’s a truly humanitarian call and very compassionate act of our President BBM. Let us support his appeal, pray hard that in the name of mercy the Indonesian government would grant clemency to MJ Veloso. She has suffered long enough with her imprisonment. And with her health problem she should be much attended to, medical care and charitable measures given,” pahayag ni Bishop Santos.

“We pray for her recovery and clemency for MJ, offer our prayers for her healing, clemency and coming home to us. May our almighty God touch the hearts of those people and decide what is beneficial and do what is best for MJ, that is, her safety and vindication,” dagdag pa ng obispo.
