The new archbishop of Manila, Cardinal Jose Advincula, introduced himself and addressed various questions sent to him in a video released by the Archdiocese of Capiz on March 31.

On March 25, Pope Francis appointed Cardinal Advincula, 68, as Manila’s new archbishop, replacing Cardinal Luis Antonio Tagle who now serves as Prefect of the Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples in the Vatican.
